Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to flexii by the
carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded, and only upon written request of
the person who paid for an order.
Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed.
Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy.
Clearance Items: Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless
they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
