At flexii, we provide a 14-day return policy for eligible orders. If you're not happy with your flexii product, we're here to help. Please read our refunds policy below to understand your rights and options.
14-Day Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy on all flexii products purchased directly from our website. Please note that to be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be unused due to hygiene and a re-stocking fee may apply.
- How to Initiate a Refund: To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email our customer service team at support@flexii.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the reason for your return and proof of the condition of the items and packaging.
- Return Authorisation: Our customer service team will review your request and if accepted, provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorisation number on the package. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it is unused, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exclusions: Please note the following exclusions to our refunds policy:
Items purchased from unauthorised resellers or third-party retailers are not eligible for refunds through flexii. Please contact the original seller for their return policy.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective flexii product, please contact us immediately at support@flexii.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
